I have been here for nine years now. When we lived adjacent to the Odell rec center, I watched them paint the buildings and structures on that property every year. I watched them powerwash the stone fence between our property and Odell. I watched them weed the foundation plantings by the wall and trim them.
As I drive my golf cart just last week, I noticed them repairing a fence that someone drove into and knocked the railing out. I have been watching them remove older manufactured homes in the historic area and replace them with new homes. They paid close to 100k for many and are selling them for 200K. Not really the usual margin. I have watched them see that the common areas are trimmed and weeded and pine straw is added regularly and I see clean streets and areas every day. Pristinely clean. Cleaner than any place I have ever lived or visited. . I have seen the kinds of things they place in new rec centers. Not the usual folding chairs but nicely solid chairs that have been upholstered to match the décor, along with expensive and beautiful furniture and accessories that they could have done much cheaper. I could go on and on. No one needed to sue them to MAKE them care for this place and run it smoothly.
