Did you know the settlement contained a "non-disparagement" clause and the Developer, Plaintiff and Attorneys were NOT to disparage the Settlement per the COURT ORDER. Sounds good right. Woa, stop a minute. Who was left out of the list? The Village manager/voice of the Developer which is Ms Tutt. She was the one who totally disparaged the settlement in the Daily Sun and the one that forced the POA to respond to the attacks and her (Tutt's) disparagement of the agreement. That should say a lot about the Managers ethics. Ms Tutt could not wait to disparage the agreement since the Developer could not.
Does anyone doubt who helped her to put together the attack in the Sun. Terrible way to disrespect the residents by circumventing the Court Order's and go right to "disparagement" which was living up to the letter of the law but ignoring the "spirit" of the law.
