I said I wasn't in Seattle and recognize they do things different here that's why I asked the question. And it is page 30 of the Resident Guide not online. Also I was asking if a cardboard box would be accepted as a biodegradable container for yard waste. Sorry if I bothered you, I thought the purpose of this forum was to ask questions. I will call them direct.
