I don't see how anyone can go wrong in any area---it's just a matter of personal preference.
If a bigger lot and more mature landscaping is important to you, look to the north
If a new and somewhat more modern house is important, look mostly south
If you plan on "living" at the squares, look near them
If golf is your thing, buy on a course near a concentration of other courses
if you like a water view, it is available
If you like being walled off, get a CYV
If you want a huge home, buy a Grandview
Point is, TV has something for everyone. And yes, like everyplace in the world there are some negatives to consider. But so far in my experience, it is running about 98% positive and 2% negative, so I won't be complaining anytime soon.
