Wow! Hopefully you didn't mean that to sound as snobby as it reads. I would NEVER speak ill of someone's HOME. Surely you realize there are people on this forum that live down here. Also, there are plenty of million $$ homes down here...not mine, but there are. Besides which, most of the people I talk to here didn't buy because of the house. Most of us lived in nicer, bigger, better. We moved for the amenities and the "friendly" people. I know people that live up where you are too, and they often complain how crowded it is down here when they come down to golf. I always wanna ask if all the golf courses closed up there. Oh, I've lived on Army Bases...nothing like here, in fact. Maybe that army upbringing is what taught me it's not about the trappings, ethnicity or background...we are all basically the same and should be treated respectfully.
