Looks like the golf cart drivers "magic" hand didn't work- the "magic" hand is supposed to automatically stop any moving object immediately once its displayed.
Please check to see if there will be a recall for defective "magic" hands. or there made be a notice on the air -if your are currently the owner of a "magic" hand you may be eligible for monetary damages.
