It appears access would be from Moyer Loop and not the Colony Health and other medical/professional buildings behind it. I couldn't find anything on the Sumter County planning/building website and my 2014 Villages (aka $5) map doesn't show anything. My golfing companions said the starter told them it was going to be a big box retailer...but, the parcel looks too small for that.

Just curious....
New Clifford Villas neighborhood and a new connector, Heald Way (golf cart usable) between Moyer Loop and Sembler Way.
