I see it all the time on 27/441. Cars in the left hand lane going the speed limit and below and other cars come up behind them wanting to pass. The faster car then looks for an opportunity to pull out into the right hand lane, sometimes with not enough space, and then go around the car in the left hand lane only to swing back in, in front of him. This is a very dangerous manouver. If you're going the speed limit or below keep in the right hand lane except to pass. If everyone did this, there's be a lot less accidents.
Now, some of those people driving slowly in the left hand lane will say that those accidents are not their fault and they might be right. But if you can do something to prevent or lower the incidents of car accidents, why would you not do it?

You do know 27/441 has left hand turns. So people my be going the speed limit to turn left. 441 is so heavy traffic I'm not going to get in the right lane when I know I'm going to turn left mile up the road and I am not going to go 65 in 45 speed limit.
