Think that might be part of the problem. People don't know how to change lanes.
I don't get all this talk about "heavy traffic" down here. Where are you people from? Did anyone ever live in or around a major city and have to deal with rush hour traffic? I've never seen traffic on 441/27 any worse than what I'd describe as moderate.

Any time I got set through 3 stop light to make left hand turn that's heavy traffic or the traffic backed to from the stop light ahead and I can't go on green that's heavy traffic to me.
I'm from NE or Cala we it's about me. Everybody else get out of my way. I am the important one here the left lane is for me and I can go the speed I want to go!
That the problem attitudes with no reguard for the law.
