You have to have detection systems in place to stop the terrorists BEFORE they get into these places or, better still, intelligence that lets you stop them before they leave their homes.

You keep repeating the explosive angle and I've waited, hoping you would read up on what actually happened in the club, the concert hall and restaurants. It was NOT explosives. It was guns. The actual occurrence was what I based my post on. Not what ifs. You can what if it to death, but
I prefer to stay on topic of what actually happened.
