"Poisonous" snake is actually incorrect. The snake is venomous. Poisons are ingested, venoms are injected.
Just a useless tidbit of information.
Anyhow, there ARE coral snakes here in The Villages as well as water mocassins and rattlesnakes. They are a bigger danger to your dogs who might go sniffing in the high weeds near ponds or to grandkids who might play in those weeds.
