Now this one is funny...you all voted a Congress in that will not work with the President did you forget that. You all have a Congressional rule,
The Hastert Rule, also known as the "majority of the majority" rule, is an informal governing principle used by Republican Speakers of the House of Representatives since the mid-1990s to maintain their speakerships and limit the power of the minority party to bring bills up for a vote on the floor of the House. Yep you want to work with the other side.
.

Is Obama that bad and weak that he needs to be constantly shored up and defended?

I believe the question that you ignored was, what E.O.'s did Bush produced that were laws bypassing congress? He did that on signing statements or do you forget that? So is one for you...

This one allowed torture something no President before him did!

You do know that the president does not make laws, right? It was the liberals on here that had to bring Bush into the thread, so at least answer the question.

I believe I have answered your questions. But why shouldn't Bush be compared?

Obama said last night that he taught Constitutional law, and knows it. But, he is questioning his AG on how he can change the law regarding the 2nd Amendment. How does that figure? And why is it that half the time Obama's E.O's are thrown out by the courts?
His recess appointments, because the Republicans sorta left the lights on so he couldn't make these appoints was thrown out be the Supreme Court. But you said half his EO's are thrown out by the courts. The best count I could get was 227 EO's by Obama so that would be 113 EO's thrown out be the courts. I make it easy for you just provide a link to 5 court ruling on different EO's I await your research.

Was he that bad of a part-time associate professor that he can't remember his own teachings?I didn't take a class from him so I can't speak to that. [/QUOTE]
