However on the serious side I believe there is a noise ordinance to refrain from noise until 8:00AM. At least that is best as I can recall. Besides being thoughtful is one of my good traits  and I never do yard work until 8:00 AM so as not to disturb my late sleeping neighbors

In fact I hope no one participating on this thread takes it that seriously. Its just another past time distraction ,etc for me . an opportunity to visit about various topics express an opinion but like a bad golf shot once done I think upon no more.

Of course this is just a distraction as most know if they read long enough....we should thank him for all the entertainment.
