Perhaps near a wildlife preserve, but fenced so the coyotes can't get in. Although coyotes are pretty shy in the daytime.
I realize it would have to be "garbage" space that is otherwise uninhabitable.
We are happy to take our dogs to the private dog park; but that isn't feasible for a lot of busy people.
Without a dog park available, people will continue to take their dogs to the postal stations. That isn't a good solution for anyone.
