My thought is there are always 2, That would be TWO sides to a story. I am sure if we were to here the other side, it would be reversed.
Similar to the elderly Lady at Walmart the other day. She was walking across the cross walk, and older gent in a Golf Cart almost ran her over, telling her to watch where she was walking. Another younger cat told him it was the cross walk and pedestrians have the right of way. He told the younger cat mind your own bushiness she can walk faster.
Just to say,, you can see it all in the villages...
One thing is for sure,,, if you are backing and hit someone or something, 99% it is going to be your responsibility.
