You can call it whatever you want. It is extremely successful and well run but cannot....CANNOT please everyone. I think a good capitalistic approach if run by good Midwestern folks is to be enjoyed. Why move here and try to change something so very close to perfect? If folks aren't happy they can move somewhere where they can be involved or run for mayor or city council if that is what they like.


Most people who move here want to RETIRE from running things and just sit back and enjoy this very well run place.
