One law professor from Stanford wrote that Justice Scalia was the greatest jurist to be appointed to the bench. Its clear Justice Scalia changed the manner in which the Court decided cases because at the time of his appointment they were applying four part tests to determine outcomes instead of abiding by the text of the Constitution. Scalia's approach to the Constitution has held together its meaning protecting it from the whims of charlatans.

What was most disgusting was the progressives response when hearing of Justice Scalia's death. One pundit wrote that abortion must be right because Scalia dead. Another progressive gave a racial response by suggesting that Justice Thomas now alone would have to think for himself

This hate spitefulness and verbally beating someone to death has become the progressives trademark. They have lost their civility, sense of fair play and in my view their very dignity.

Obama's non-response reflects progressives trademark. Clearly Obama shows himself to be a small person and openingly his dislike for Scalia and what he represented. Obama's actions once again are beneath contempt

It is indeed disheartening to witness a man elected President to be capable of acting in such a disgraceful manner. Obama has repeatedly shown he was never worthy of the position he holds
