The POTUS (reminds me of port-a-pottie) has more important things to do. Perhaps Ramadan dinner or morning prayers facing East? At any rate, I am sure that someone will suggest that he put aside his childish stubbornness and attend the funeral. He will likely make a big photo op out of it. Perhaps, he will even give a speech where he demands that the obstructionist Republican congress allow him to nominate the successor, making it a political point. Maybe he will even shill for Hillary while he is at it. After all, she threatened to take him with her if she gets indicted for her felony.

Its clear Justice Scalia changed the manner in which the Court decided cases because at the time of his appointment they were applying four part tests to determine outcomes instead of abiding by the text of the Constitution. Scalia's approach to the Constitution has held together its meaning protecting it from the whims of charlatans.

What was most disgusting was the progressives response when hearing of Justice Scalia's death. One pundit wrote that abortion must be right because Scalia dead. Another progressive gave a racial response by suggesting that Justice Thomas now alone would have to think for himself

This hate spitefulness and verbally beating someone to death has become the progressives trademark. They have lost their civility, sense of fair play and in my view their very dignity.

Obama's non-response reflects progressives trademark. Clearly Obama shows himself to be a small person and openingly his dislike for Scalia and what he represented. Obama's actions once again are beneath contempt

Not really. He has prayed to Allah in the past. He did so in school. He did so as president when he visited mosques. He was born a Muslim since his father was a Muslim. So, why the outrage?
