Bush also had one of the highest approval ratings, of 86 in 2001 to Obama's highest approval rating of 65 in 2009 (which went down after that). So, Bush's ratings may have gone down, but Obama's have never been as high as Bush's. As a matter of fact, last summer Bush's approval ratings were higher than Obama's. Both have about the same overall average though.
So, bait all you want, but anyone can post numbers to suit their agenda.
