Justice Scalia is being heralded as the greatest Justice to sit on the Supreme Court. He demonstrated many times that the language of the Constitution is not something to set aside because of one's political beliefs even to the point of ruling even those the decision trampled on his principles.

His comments regarding Obergefell point to his belief that the Supreme court has no right to decide issues that should be decided by people.

So here we have progressives who issued very disrespectful comments about Scalia's passing.
