I don't know what state you are from, but if someone gets in your face, within your personal space, and you deck him it will most likely be construed as self-defense. Spitting on someone is considered assault. I consider someone that close as being threatening and will defend myself. If you don't like it, then don't expect to force yourself on me if you are not willing to accept the consequences. It's about time that liberals learn some manners, and not totally rely on PC. Some of us are too old to worry about PC. If something I say bothers you, then ask me to explain it. Don't try to outlaw my freedom of speech. And don't rely on freedom of speech on private property or private functions. If I pay to enter a function, I do not want to hear your issues with the activity. If you don't like it, don't go. If you wish to protest it, then stay outside and practice your free speech properly. If you break the law with disorderly conduct, don't complain about the negative results. I am a peaceful person and do not condone violence. BUT, I do not like bullies, and I consider disrupters to be bullies. If I pay for entertainment or a service, then anyone interrupting that needlessly will have to pay me for the time they stole from me.
