The latest POA flier used Gary Morse's formula on house to amenities ratio. Using his metric they determined that 19 more neighborhood pools and 4 village centers would be needed for it to be at the same level as the South.
Again nothing against the North but the next time someone makes a statement based on facts don't attack them.

I agree with you statement , but you should get your facts correct or expect to be questioned. The article in the POA Bulliten
only compared amenities north of 466. You are making an assumption that the amenities ratios are applicable for the southern areas. As far as we know the southern areas may be lacking in the amenities stated in the article.
