They are adding housing and EVERYBODY knows there is shortage in district 4. They (they powers to be and people that don't live above 466) just don't care or admit it. Springdale and Piedmont need regional rec centers from my expert observation Thank you

We're not talking about town squares or bowling alley either. IMO that money maker for the developer and his renters. Has nothing to do with amenities.
