Well, if you think one area is being ripped off, you should of picked another area to live in or just move to a better area. I'm not trying to be a prude but if I were you I would be more concerned about rising house prices & why pre-owned homes are selling for the same price as a brand new one. Some area's pre-owned homes sell better, buy there & then you won't have to worry to much about amenities in a better neighborhood. My gripe is why do some areas pay more amenities than others, it shouldn't have anything to do with how many homes are in any certain Village. Oh well, like I said if I don't like I'll move to another area or just move out of the Villages!
