We called Nissan and were told that they do that deliberatly???? This is supposed to assist drivers to not get speeding tickets....

So before you get mad at someone going 42 in a 45. Check to see if its a nissan. we think were going the correct speed.

Perhaps a class action is in order, kinda like the malfunctioning airbags in many autos?

I'd prefer any instrument that accurately reflects what it is intended to measure.
