Chula Vista to Palermo Dr. Just as Palermo turns to the left, there is a golf cart path on the right between the houses.
Be very careful as the path is barely wide enough for two golf carts and has a blind corner. You can't see carts come from the opposite direction until the last second.
Follow the path all the way to the end and take a left after the driving range building.
