To further illustrate my concerns. We have a corner lot which is not too large and essentially no backyard or yard on opposite side of house. With this as the background we are paying Massey $67 one time a year to arrigate, $67 5 times a year for Landscape
Applications, $65 4 times a year for pest prevention. If you add this all up it is $662 per year, plus lawn moving for another $660 (12 months @ $55 per different company). Therefore the total cost is $1322 plus about $150 for termite control. This all seems really high and I have to get other service(s).
