There is a chance that this company could have had a problem or series of problems that caused them to not perform for you. Employees call out sick, a simple flat tire, a driver who is robbed, a accident, a car with a dead battery. There are many variables. If we ever missed an appointment we always made it right by picking up the tab for the next airport trip. It was a token gesture to show gratitude for a second chance. Well said. I am sure that there was some reason for the problem. Sometimes no matter how well things are run, something bad or unexpected happens.
