Common sense says, you use the restroom according to your plumbing. It can't be any more simple than that. If someone wants to dress up and pretend to be something he/she is not, then that is a mental issue and should be addressed, not encouraged. Some folks need some common sense knocked into them. If it has to do with locker rooms, then the same thing applies. If you don't want to abide by that then get your parents to get you excused from athletic participation.
