Hey Ladies! I know this was originally posted in January but I wanted to share for those who are interested in continuing to be in losing weight / weight management. I joined an online weight loss challenge in January and have continued with this every month. I have lost 36 pounds and 24 inches and feel AMAZING! The challenge is hosted by a Nutrition club in Downtown Leesburg and the staff is so friendly and helpful. No judgments just caring. They have helped me deal with so much with my weight loss and I attend their FREE group workouts on Monday, Wednesday's and Friday's. They also offer Zumba.
