Where did you find this guy he's not listed with the state, doesn't seem to have a listed Phone No, and I cant find a listing with Google. I hope you didn't give him any money. What address was on his insurance papers. Was his company name painted on his truck? These are a few things to look for when hiring a contractor. PS.
