Contact a first class lawyer who has a proven track record in filling a lawsuit against individuals like this man.
He needs to learn a lesson...jail time unlikely..community service again unlikely..probation..most likely...

I have never been in favor of litigation to settle things, but unfortunately I am slowly changing my mind. I have never before lived in an area where so many people are antagonistic and difficult and I agree with the post above which recommends a first class attorney and hit him in the pocket book for his outrageous behavior. The man is a pig. To even think of putting your hands on another person, let alone to yank them out of a chair and then to stomp on her foot (presumably her instep) - it is beyond my comprehension. The very act of deliberately stomping on a person's foot is pure malice, it's the sort of thing children do to each other in the playground, the sort of thing teens do to their siblings when they are fighting. It may be time for this man to take a dementia test.
Along with the first class attorney she needs to see a doctor and have an Xray done on the foot in question.
