yes they are........but because they are existing homes....they are very few and fare between. the oxford oaks are brand new and
in my opinion appear listed the same as TV homes....
I do believe that if you read the entire information listed in the description you will see that it is a family neighborhood, BUT you have to understand the definition of a family neighborhood.......(no ammenities...golf...bonds...ect) that is not clarified in the on line listings...
