We did the lifestyle experience, and were put in a house in the very south west area, west of Brownwood. It took us over 30 minutes to drive a golf cart to Sumter Landing. We drove our car to tennis, and it was still 20 minutes by car. Since it was so far away opted out of a second tennis opportunity.

The newer areas, where the new builds are, would be almost an hour away from the clay courts by golf cart. Though I love riding in a golf cart, it would be too much for me.
Gee. I thought tennis players were really fit. Our golf group drives all over The Villages to play golf. You can't always get courses nearby during the high season. I like the ride through beautiful neighborhoods with lovely flowers blooming meeting others on a similar mission. We now have the time to enjoy the scenery.
