The first one was put in force by Texas to do away with the clinics of Planned Parenthood. This was declared unconstitutional by a 5-3 vote. (Gasp!) A conservative voted liberal!

As for the second case, it has to do with persons convicted of domestic abuse. One conviction is all it takes to have guns removed from the household. It was a 6-2 decision. (Gasp!). Two conservatives voted liberal!
