Regarding the second one, what constitutes a "spouse abuser?" How many times would one have to assault their spouse before he/she would be construed an "abuser?"

As for the second case, it has to do with persons convicted of domestic abuse. One conviction is all it takes to have guns removed from the household. It was a 6-2 decision. (Gasp!). Two conservatives voted liberal!
