Well then we're all fools because that's the law. YOU don't decide if they're guilty..."some official" does...a judge does. They MAY be guilty but they're not NAMED a felon or sent to jail until "some official" says so. Many people are walking free who "performed felonious acts" who aren't "felons" because they were never caught/tried.
I read the average American commits 3 felonies a day because we inadvertently break laws we don't know exist. So, in your book, we're ALL felons.
