What is/are the redeeming quality(s), the intellectual goal or the benefit to members of Political Talk for a thread such as this. What purpose does it serve? For whom? And why would a poster show himself/herself to appear to be lacking the ability to construct a logical and persuasive position on the selected subject? What sort of person enjoys continually shooting themselves in the foot? And why would a person feel so entitled so above everyone else to use the phrase "you can't fix stupid" Indeed society has more than once labeled genius as stupid and felt stupid in the end for not recognizing the genius and the fortunate and celebrity that followed it.
