If spouse #2 does not have separate employer health coverage, you will probably be in for some significant insurance costs. My suggestion, contact SHINE,
SHINE - Home as they will give you an unbiased answer. Please talk to them first be fore making any decisions, this goes for spouse #1 also. there are significant differences between the villages health care system (advantage / HMO) plan and traditional supplemental plans.
