There isn't a Village of Alden, do you mean 'Alden Bunglows' on Powell Rd. behind the Publix? You were on a Lifestyle Visit (LSV)? Those are Courtyard Villas, referred to as CYV on this website. Those are not single homes, CYV's are built in cluster communities with a wall around the entire community of villas with a community name and then fences are installed with each unit. They are the only homes that are built with fences and for that reason, can command higher prices for the amount of real estate.
