I presume you have Original Medicare as Primary and TFL as Secondary. You have the best health care plan around - don't let anyone talk you into taking something else. You can go to any doctor that accepts Medicare (and there are a lot of them here). Medicare will bill TFL - NEVER ALLOW YOUR DOCTOR TO BILL THEM DIRECT. As far as Part D (your drug plan) goes, use the TFL Express Scripts option for mail order and establish an account at any local Walgreens for those few times you "Need It Today" because they will offer a 10% military discount. CVS does not offer that to retired military. If it is more than a one-time only prescription, make sure your doctor sends the prescription to Express Scripts AND gives you a copy of use for the first fill at your drug store.
