No, not true. It is NOT what America is all about. That may be what the Soviet Union was all about though. We did not need a monster of a program to add a few people to mediciad. We did not need all those pages to provide for those that had pre-existing ailments. It was all a lie to get us on a path toward socialism via socialized health care.
