Dear Guest: Perhaps what you might want to do is to look at the details of the budget you present and its efficacy. A comparison to other nations means little. Department of Defense and intelligence communities have had an ongoing battle with Obama's lack of expertise along these lines and further exacerbated by foreign policy as as the Iran Deal
