I have recently toured many of the assisted care facilities in The Villages. As others mentioned, this is a negotiated item with each facility. There are even some facilities in the outskirts of the villages that are able to pay the amenity fee and use facilities.
That would be a real issue if the villages didn't want people with walkers, canes, etc. to be seen......this is a senior community.
