Traffic Homicide Investigation
Case Reference # 16-08-0418
LPD Traffic Homicide Investigators have just arrested and charged Jose Omar Azua, H/M, 33 YOA, with Leaving the Scene of a Crash Involving Death and Manslaughter-Vehicular Homicide.
Mr Azua turned himself into investigators earlier this afternoon and they are completing booking paperwork at this time. He will later be turned over to the Lake County Jail.
We would like to thank the Greater Leesburg Community for their assistance in promoting this investigation!
