We just purchase one in July of 2016. It was in great shape but not pleasing to the eye. In a timeframe of 3 weeks it is now a diamond on the inside. All credit to TOTV posters and a few friends who advised me when I asked about certain contractors. This is not the Tristate area and things are different but much better here. To directly answer your question my home is 29 years young and I expect it will last another 30 years.
