Yes, there's still a little, old, useless, DNA left from our past when we were animals too.
We evolved into humans and they didn't. They were left as "cave men", exactly how we found them.

They're missing something we have...Neanderthal DNA...EVERYONE but the blacks have it. Many believe it's what gave us the "jump" that sent us so far beyond them intellectually.
