I would, it would be great to have the whole neighborhood sitting on their front porch and talking to each other. I love my street but sometimes you can go almost an entire day without seeing anyone outside.

My street is the same - I see my neighbors in the supermarket, WalMart, the post office, but rarely in the neighborhood. I think the summer heat has a lot to do with people staying inside, but it would be nice to know people are alive and well!
