Florida I can always remember a picture in the newspaper showing a neighborhood hurricane party with about a dozen or so neighbors having a good time and getting really drunk..........The next morning I think only 2 survived. They cautioned the danger of drinking during a time when judgement being impaired could hinder your decisions in dangerous situations.
I know it's hard to hold back and not have another one but your life may depend on it if your roof blows off.
