I tried to call my sister in Orlando at 8:30pm last night and nothing happened. I thought it was on their end. Didn't realize until I got two calls around 6pm tonight that rang once & quit that I had no dial tone. I called Support and was told it was an area-wide outage & would be fixed by 5pm tomorrow. I told her service has been out since last night so why is it taking so long to fix? Of course she had no answer for that. Internet is working fine.
